Hey, I am Agatha!
A Digital Designer inspired by bold colors, minimalism and people. Currently I'm busy managing design teams, mentoring talents, optimizing processes and creating digital products & experiences for both the web and mobile.
My work consists in creating design solutions driven by real customer data and turning these insights into high-value experiences across web and mobile interfaces. An advocate for visual design principles, I strive for interfaces that master the balance between usability and aesthetics, provoking user responses and behaviors that suit the use and purpose of a product.
Having taken on a wide range of design cases since 2006, I am a professional with the background to mentor and humbleness to be mentored, clear communication skills across different teams, creative and solid ideas to share and a genuine passion for building products that help companies effectively solve their design challenges and impress their users.
